We have had nothing but problems with this company. We applied for a refinance in November of 2020. It is now the end of March 2021 and we still haven’t received any details to our loan. We were forgotten about in November, and then pushed through to someone who works in Colorado, and he never answers the phone, and when we call locally they are always in a meeting.
