Unfortunately I feel the need to give a bad review. In past years, when Tim did our taxes, we had great service. Now that Tim has retired, this year had been a nightmare for our taxes. It's nearing a month since taxes were due, and we still haven't received our taxes back yet. We took all our paperwork in the beginning of March to allow plenty of time for taxes to be completed.
