Our tailpipe on our RV came lose while on a cross country trip. We were pretty sure it was an easy fix. Called another shop that didn't even want to look at it. Majic said just bring it by and they should be able to take care of it. We had to work around the rain but they got it fixed in about 15 minutes on a Saturday morning. Price was very reasonable and they were great to work with. Would strongly recommend. Thanks!
I want to express my gratitude to Branden at Majic Mufflers. It was almost 2 hours after closing time, and I stepped inside the establishment to be greeted by him. He told me they were closed, but he still showed compassion and kindness by checking out the issue with my vehicle. My vehicle, 2003 Monte Carlo SS needed a brand new power steering pump, which is absolutely no easy task. I brought in my BMW X3MC to this shop to install my after market midpipe. They installed my new midpipe, but instead of properly taking out the old factory system they chopped it in half to make it easier and quicker for them. If you want a shop that will do cheap sloppy work, come here. Pictured below is what they did to my factory system and how much it is brand new from the dealer. 4,000, and it may not be brand new anymore but this is absolutely unacceptable. Without getting into the details - these guys helped me and my wife out a lot. We drove all the way over from 30A - two separate times - for the work they do, and if I need exhaust work I’ll drive back over there without hesitation. People don’t always know what other people going through, but helping someone out when things are down goes a long way. We stopped by to pick up a vehicle after leaving a funeral home and I’ll just say that we appreciate these guys a lot. Thank you.
