I took my phone in to the store to explain a new problem that had just happened with it, the very nice gentleman listened and asked to see it, according to what I told him, he had an idea as to what the problem was!. He sure did, had it figured out instantly, I spent hours beforehand checking all my settings to no avail, it was such a quick fix for him he didn’t charge me for his service.
