I have been seeing with therapist through “virtual” appointments, which thank goodness is available. I still get the benefits just as I would if I were having an in-person visit. I have physical health conditions and limitations, and so having the virtual appt option, is super helpful, I never have to cancel an appt., if I’m not feeling well enough for an in-person visit. Highly recommend!
