I made a reservation to the airport one week prior to leaving. One day prior, they even called to confirm the pickup. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP TO GET ME, and when I called them to see where they were, they said I was never input into the system. I panicked, wondering how I would get to the airport on time. Thankfully, I have the Uber app, and they came in five minutes to take me. No one from Majestic called me back to apologize. First time using this airport transportation service and I was 100% satisfied. My driver, Lou was on-time, pleasant & courteous at the early morning ride at 5:30 am! I appreciate that this was a safe transportation option for a female traveling alone as opposed to an Uber or Lyft. I highly recommend and would use Majestic again.
