The staff and management here at the most compassionate people I have ever met they are so caring so loving and so thoughtful I am so glad I thank God we are Here at this hospice facility while my husband is transitioning, If you want your family and loved ones to be treated the way you would treat them BRING THEM HERE AT THE RESIDENCES at PIN OAK!!! Cleanest facility I have ever been in . Caring and compassionate staff.
I visit two of my friends here. I’ve been to many nursing homes and this one is heads and shoulders above all of them. The staff truly loves the people in their care. You can see it in how the residents respond and talk about their dear friends that work there. Ms Deb and Angel are truly the best.
So the guy comes to interview my aunt about moving in. He says he's a realtor to give him her house and call it even.... Her daughter and granddaughter live In that house so not an option. Plus I asked if she passes in a couple weeks do we get money back. He said " maybe under certain conditions we may do a refund" was outside talking to his wife on phone about making a profit .....
