Horrible! All reviews are correct. Broken doors, old beat up and dirty van. Late to pick up and 1hr late for return ride back. Medical insurance rides don't need to be this bad. Then they cancel last minute for morning rides, received text at 10;30pm the night before. Report these unsafe and unprofessional services to everyone. MAY 2026. Do better Majestic!
One of the worst companies I've dealt with. Don't think they know the word professionalism. Employees are not vetted properly. Driver was doing 70-80mph in a 30mph one time. Air not working in two vehicles in the summer. Dropped me off at wrong location during storm. Hole in exhaust leaking fumes inside van. Late multiple times. Unpredictable. Driver stopped in the middle of the road to maneuver. His GPS driver made me miss an appointment. Swerves off the road maneuvering GPS. One driver smelt like alcohol.. Feel very unsafe with them I don’t think anybody should be using them especially in an insurance situation. They are just not safe.
The absolute worst transport co you could get. They will swear and yell at you, are verbally abusive and aggressive. Will not show up on time nor get you where to be. When I raised these issues as rides are for medical transport majestic advised me not to report it because it would effect their rating and business. They then filed a complaint against me. Rude, unprofessional, unreliable.
