Driver stopped in the middle of the road to maneuver. His GPS driver made me miss an appointment. Swerves off the road maneuvering GPS. One driver smelt like alcohol.. Feel very unsafe with them I don’t think anybody should be using them especially in an insurance situation. They are just not safe.
The absolute worst transport co you could get. They will swear and yell at you, are verbally abusive and aggressive. Will not show up on time nor get you where to be. When I raised these issues as rides are for medical transport majestic advised me not to report it because it would effect their rating and business. They then filed a complaint against me. Rude, unprofessional, unreliable.
Please read the rest of the reviews...they are 100% correct and none are good!..I don't even know where to start... , I have been going to my clinic with majestic for 2 long scary years ...the length of time is because no one would listen to me about the abuse, terrible mis treatment, bullying and emotional physical and mental abuse...only 1 driver in particular was the bully and she was so terrible yelling screaming and calling me a liar that I would get home sobbing...!not crying...sobbing. This place is terrible. Insurance needs to stop using this company. I never get picked up on Fridays. They are driving 2 1/2 hours to get me to an appointment that is 5 miles from my home. The insurance should’ve never approved this company. The van the lady had to drive from Chicago smells like gas and is so broke down.
