Jackson was incredibly friendly, kind, and quick with his work on our HVAC system. From simple annual maintenance to new install work, he did a great job.
came out through our warranty company to look at the ducts. tech had an attitude the whole time because he could locate the house and also had an attitude cause we have dogs in the house which we were trying to put away when he arrived. told us he didn’t know what the problem was and just adjusted the air flow. all that did was make the only room in the house that had air not have air. took the side skirt off my house, then left it and then didn’t put it back on. they are refusing to take accountability and wont come back ou... read more
