Horrible communication and delays. Ignores phone calls. Lies about part availability. Only care about customers who are upgrading thier service/products. 28 days since thier initial assessment and still haven't been able to resolve the issue.
This company has some kind of shady arrangement with warranty companies (in my case, American Home Shield). They worded my estimate to replace my AC system and bloated it in a way that the warranty company only had to pick up a small portion of the cost. They would not work or negotiate with me on it. Then they pressured me and the warranty company when I asked for a second estimate, assuring me over and over I would not find a better price for an estimate. Guess what? Do not hire. After their third attempt (and thousands of dollars spent on numerous parts later) they still couldn’t fixed it. They deemed it not their problem, and a water heater issue instead - we had another boiler tech out who fixed it the next day. Not to mention one of their techs filling our house with gas during a repair and not even noticing it. Do not hire.

Jackson was great to work with! He was kind and helpful in hearing my concerns with my furnace, and working on the issue. I would highly recommend Majestic.
