This place should not be open for business! How can a person be there and not be able to receive proper care. Hasn’t even been given a copy of her care plan or prescriptions that she’s given. This is unacceptable!! My sister is there and basically on her own. The staff isn’t concerned about her or the patients that’ they are just there for a check.
