Horrible customer service. GPS took us to an empty lot way out of town. Literally a grass square With barbed wire. The owner was in the empty lot and would not assist despite the fact we are about to miss our flight. Gave us the return address- very rude and unhelpful. No taxi or Uber available in the area. Don’t do it.
Terribly run, the cars are dirty, and the staff are exceptionally rude. Do not take your business here, there is no excuse for this kind of service.
They will lie to your face about rental fees! I rented a vehicle for one day through their website for Saturday morning pickup at 10am. There was no place to adjust drop off time so it automatically listed as a 10am drop off Sunday however when I called to confirm my reservation (as well as in person when I picked the car up!) that I would be returning the car later in the afternoon but before 5pm. I always want to support local, but unfortunately these folks are simply taking advantage of people. Listen to the negative and sketchy reviews here and save yourself money! We reserved a full size sedan, and were given a Forester, which is an SUV. This was tough because the gas was much more expensive (at a time when gas was already high). The car was also pretty dirty.
