It became evident that Majeskis focus was not on the best interest of the client, but rather on prolonging the legal process to increase his own financial gain. He showed incapable of coming to any agreeable terms but instead brought unfounded claims lacking substantial basis repeatedly to the court. My divorce was unusual. My ex and I worked together to draft the paperwork and came to agreements on all of the terms then retainer our own attorneys to review the paperwork and file with the court. Matt explained the pros and cons of the terms my ex and I had negotiated and made it clear what I was gaining or losing compared to what would likely happen if the divorce was contentious and went to a judge to decide.
