Unfortunately would not recommend. Had lower back pain due to really tight hamstrings, glutes and hip flexors. It was very easy to book and staff were friendly. However, even though the location of my pain was communicated to the therapist (not sure if there was a language barrier), he instead spent the full hour on my upper back, shoulders and neck, despite numerous reminders and questions about why he was focusing on my upper back when there was no pain there. Excellent service
Long hours spend at my desk bound job often means I forget to adjust my posture and end up with crippling neck, upper back and shoulder pain. Dean is a miracle worker who restores my range of movement and relieves my pain & stiffness after just one session. I highly recommend his services as a remedial massage therapist.
