If I could give him a minus zero I would. He absolutely felt my son was guilty. Took a 10k flat fee not a retainer and made three court appearances two of which were calendar dates before passive aggressively pushing us to take the plea and probation for a their word against his case. Zero evidence against my son. The SA and BSO spent nearly a year looking for evidence that was not there to find. We could not afford another retainer for another attorney. Frank is a brilliant and caring attorney who knows the law - as well as "the system". He was highly recommended to me from many of my friends and peers and I certainly can see why. He is also very affordable which is rare with someone as skilled as he is.

Frank Maister is the best lawyer there is. He literally saved my son’s life in a criminal defense case. He wasn’t tainted as so many attorneys are by thinking everyone is guilty. He gave my son the benefit of the doubt and believed him. He is thorough, detailed, knowledgeable, and there is no one better at presentation to a jury. He answers calls and makes you feel confident when you go into court. He is truly partnering with you. He is worth ten times the amount of his fee. If you want a great attorney he’s the guy.
