I am on the board of the Newport, a high rise on the Prospect Ave., and we hired Michael Maistelman as our attorney to remove a "comfort dog" from our pet-free building where the owner had very dubious documentation for justifying the animal. Mr. maistelman was the victim of some misinformation spread around some music groups, and was attacked by myself and my peers. we thought he was involved in ruining an event that we were looking forward to, when in fact, Michael also enjoys live music. just here to apologize, and rectify my actions. he reached out with much concern and worry, but ultimately handled the situation like a professional.
