I recently purchased 2 sleeping bags on their website (over $100) and realized immediately that they were the wrong size. I requested a cancellation within minutes and my request was denied, as the order was "processed already". They also will not allow returns. Additionally, if my order was processed already, you'd think I'd at least have a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Not the case! I am so angry and disappointed! What a scam!!! Do not order from them!!!
