Terrible customer service! Placed an order online. A week later, still having no tracking or shipment info, I contacted customer service. Apparently, they had sold more items than they actually had in stock, and had taken my money for an item they did not have available.

Very good customer service. Bought an item and decided I didn't want it after it shipped. They allowed a full refund after a short, simple call.

Thank you, Steelz, for making my holiday shopping so easy this year! I found all of my gifts, had them wrapped, and shipped by you. Plus, I didn’t have to worry about anything breaking! You packed the boxes so well that everything arrived in one piece and beautifully wrapped. I can’t believe you had something for everyone in my family, even the children! This continues to be one of my favorite sites! The merchandise is always reasonable or in line -- never overpriced. Comes very quickly, even 2nd day with no charge, in a secure well made box. They obviously believe in doing their packaging very classy. So many sites now just throw merchandise in a beat up box or bag and ship it out! Love shopping here and I hardly ever write reviews.
