This is a spectacularly good online business. They ship quickly and pack your purchases securely and carefully. Best of all, their customer service is exceptional, even when a problem arises. I cannot recommend Maison & Tavola enough.

I drove by this place a few times on the way to visit someone in the hospital. I had the opportunity to stop by today, and I'm so glad I did. I did not know what to expect as I had not looked up the establishment and Google indicated home goods store. This is such a beautifully curated showroom opened to the public. I came during a time when the Sales Advisor had stepped out. However, the wonderful woman in the office encouraged me to browse. After a web search, I found a Vietri platter on Maison & Tavola’s website. Although I’ve never heard of this store, I went ahead and placed an order. They were great with communicating updates and tracking numbers. The platter arrived today, and it was extremely well (double box) wrapped. Thank you to the staff at Maison & Tavola!
Not opened on the weekend only 8-5 Monday thru Friday when most people are at work so no time to shop. Self limiting business practice.
