Nice please clean rooms good food, good hospitality
On June 11, 2017, I went to celebrate my Aunt Shirley's 94th birthday.. when we asked the Aide Leola if she could put on a pot of coffee, her reply was we don't put on coffee for birthdays.. At that time 8 residents were present in the celebration.. 8residents/$3,000/month=$24,000 for that month.. seriously a pot of coffee, maybe a $1.. What a terrible shame. I even offered to make the coffee... someone please take care of these seniors.. coffee should and can be offered all day.. very very sad about this situation.
