We commissioned them to upholster a few pieces; at first it went great but most recently I’ve waited 6 months with no word from them at all for the last two months and no way to reach them; they have my furniture as well as my deposit and I doubt I’ll ever see either again.
Excellent craftsmanship from a meticulous and honest small business. The final product is worth the wait. My tattered wing chair (from childhood) has been given a second life. Thanks Maison Marcell!
