I ordered a beautiful set of stone hands while Kate was in India on a buying trip - I saw a post that her container had come in and felt like literally my parcel arrived the next day - with a lovely heart stone and thankyou card 🫶 exceptional service !!!!!!
Very disappointed! Frequent shopper, having bought many home wears for my recently renovated house. Purchased two bedside lamps which are faulty. Returned one and then the second lamp having the same issue, faulty wiring. Contacted the store to organise a return which they refused to do. After spending thousands in this shop and now feeling very disappointed with the customer service. Thanks for reminding me to never shop here again. Your sarcasm says it all.
