Exceptional service! Kate helped me make the final decisions on an INCREDIBLE 45yr old vintage rug that now looks so wonderful in my apartment. I love it more than I thought I would. Her service is incredible and the rug was in my apartment within 24hrs - super fast service. I'll be purchasing more, now have a rug obsession and the ones sourced by Kate are full of so much personality and story.

For the sour brunette at the front counter couldn’t even say hello or smile looked at me and looked away, rude service didn’t even feel welcome in the store. Maybe smile and be more welcoming to customers who wanted to spend money. Chose to go elsewhere to spend our money! When you work in customer service being friendly and inviting goes a long way.
