The staff here are very nice. However, my experience was not good. When getting laser hair removal done it was extremely painful and I was literally being burnt alive. I told the technician and she tried to help but that did no good. I think the problem is she was not trained on how to complete the process with someone of dark skin. The settings are different for each skin type. I have had many sessions before at another clinic and never experienced this. It was worst than child birth. I still have scars months later.
