Very happy with my experience: I bought a big sectional (5 pcs) plus a small ottomon a few weeks ago. The sales rep Pankaj was very helpful - before, during and after the sale. Delivery was seamless, from setup to installation. Front desk was responsive and patient. I am fully satisfied with my experience and I don’t say that often! Would highly recommend Maison Corbeil!
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. You would expect a store like this to care about its customers, but you’d be very wrong. My sales representative, Sharon, showed no concern when I informed her that my bed was delivered in terrible condition. I had already raised all issues at the time of delivery, including the poor condition of the bed and the fact that the cover does not properly fit the frame, leaving the Velcro visibly exposed. I ordered a full set of dining, living, and bedroom furniture from Maison Corbeil in January 2023, paid in full at the store, and have had nothing but problems: 1. Poor communication – My order was passed to two different people without notice. Emails went unanswered; I had to call the store to find out what was happening. 2. Unacceptable delays & mistakes – A chair and ottoman from Ligne Roset were supposed to take ~6 months to arrive. The chair arrived after 1 year, but no ottoman. My wife and I could not be more happy with the sales support Dee provided us . She is a true professional with a great eye for design. Her after sales is even better. We will make her our first call when we look for additional pieces of furniture. I highly recommend
