I ordered an item from Must Société on March 6, 2025, promised delivery in 7–8 weeks (by May 1). It arrived almost 2 months late, on June 21. When I finally opened it, I found it damaged — with a clear crack (I have photos/videos). I reported it the next day and have followed up over 8 times via email and their website form. Even after several weeks, still wanna post this thread. Worst customer service ever. Worst SA ever! I’m talking about you Dian. If you don’t wanna serve people then just don’t take this job.
Our sofa set arrived within a week, and we're happy with its quality. It wasn't a custom-made model though, and we checked if they already have it in stock.
