Customer service nearly inexistant. AI bots and website bugged out
Poor customer service. We have been waiting more than 2.5 months for our table, and there is still no clear estimated delivery date. Our sales representative has not followed up with us, and customer service only assists with online transactions. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and support and are unsure what we are supposed to do at this point.
Amazing showroom and great customer service. Abdy helped us configure our custom order and followed up all the way to delivery. Delivery process was very smooth. So happy we went to Must to furnish our new home.
This whole process has been a nightmare….Ordered a sideboard in April didn’t receive it until July….received it damaged …one of the doors is broken ….endless emails…. endless phone mail messages...it is now Oct and still waiting for them to pickup the damaged sideboard ….I was trying to buy Canadian but this is totally unacceptable
