I ordered a BEIGE couch in October 2024 and I received a GREEN couch in June 2025. I was offered a compensation of 15% for their mistake and another 8 month wait if i wanted the right color sofa. We decided to keep the green couch but there was a defect. We waited another 3 months for the technician to come and repair it. I booked 3 appointments which he did not show up to and he finally showed up on the 4th appointment. It took him 10 minutes to repair. By far the worst after purchase customer service. I have been trying for a month to get a reimbursement for a delivery fee they promised and no one knows how! Continuously get we will call you back and they don’t. I purchased there Element couch 3 years ago. Worst couch invented. I sat on it at the store it was great. Got to our home and the back never stayed in place. Thought it was because it wasn’t on a wall. Put in our basement. On a wall. Still sliding all kinds. Useless. Très déçu du service après vente. La table a été abîmé lors de la livraison, j’ai vraiment cru que le vendeur allait m’aider, mais le suivi est très difficile. Pas de réponse aux courriels ni retour d’appel. C’est dommage, le service et la qualité des meubles qui ont fait la réputation de maison Corbeil n’est plus au rendez-vous vous.

Je m’attendait à un produit et service 5 étoiles. Malheureusement ce n’était pas le cas. J’ai achete un mobilier de chambre à coucher et il y a un problème avec le mechanisme d’ouverture de tiroir. Malgré une dizaine d’appels au service après ventes et à mon représentant dans les derniers 5 semaines je n’ai réussi à parlé à quelqu’un qu’une seule fois.
