I have had a terrible experience with Maison Concepts. I placed an order on December 30, 2024. My account was debited on December 31, 2024. Today is January 6, 2025 and my order still has not shipped. It is illegal to charge a patrons account if you are not shipping their order that day. After numerous emails and promises, my order has still not shipped. Buyers beware!!!
First time customer. Ordered a corner unit for my moms birthday. The top came damaged. I emailed customer service with pictures. They called me back the day after and sent a replacement part express the next day so that I'd have it in time for the Birthday. Then they called me to make sure the part arrived undamaged. Amazing customer service and prices.
I receive the wrong item . I email the customer service 3 times and no answer from them. I’m not satisfied at all . I want what I order or a refund .
Ordered chair pillows. Half the order was missing. They didn't answer my email. The pillows faded and ripped after 1 month. I regret my purchase and i wasted my money. Never again!
