I don’t even know what to start writing about this place. It’s not your typical hand and stone massage or Massage envy in terms of mannerism. My masseuse kept walking outside my room multiple times. No music playing in the background, no dim lights. She completely showed my chest with no undergarment on. Super unprofessional. Now what really got to me is that she demanded me to tip her $20. Avoid. Extremely suspicious place, massage was weirdly intimate, bad, and was very painful at times, like she didn’t know what she was doing. Left early.
I booked an appt for 2pm but I think there may have been a miscommunication. When I arrived they didn't seem to be expecting me and they were busy. However, they didn't turn me away and within half an hour I received my massage. The masseuse was kind and took care of the terrible knots that I had in my back. It was honestly worth the wait. I see they have hair spa services so, I hope to book that as well next time. I was really happy for the massage as it relieved a great deal of the pain I had.
Terrible do not go. It's not a massage place.
