We closed our house purchase through Domenic Maio Law office last year in September 2019. And it wasn't until almost 6 months later that we had noticed that we didn't receive our property tax bill from the city. Domenic made the closing process really simple for us. Made all the signings at the location of our choice and saved us a lot of driving time. Knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.
I called around for a real estate lawyer and came across Domenic. He sounded great over the phone and very knowledgeable as well. However when it came to getting everything prepared and reviewed, I felt like he did a rushed and poor job because I caught a lot of errors. The legal name on the property was complicated and I had to point out discrepancies that I’m assuming should be the lawyers job, NOT MINE. Domenic and his associates came well referred and while I was apprehensive about the online nature of most of the transaction, after all was said and done, I don't think I would do it any other way. Way to embrace technology to make the process smoother, transparent and simplified. This was my 2nd home purchase (1st home sale) and looking forward to doing it again in another 10 years.
