Had a lovely massage today from Ian what a lovely guy and he explains everything that he's doing to you will be back for more
Ian is friendly outgoing and is very adept at his treatments. He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I had my first treatments and slept very well but I was very tired for about 3 days after treatment I believe this is normal after not having chiropractic and massage. I now have more energy and still sleeping well.
