Update: Despite their response and assurance that my number would be placed on their Do Not Call list, I received yet another unwanted call today. This shows that their internal follow-up was ineffective and that they continue to disregard both customer requests and the Do Not Call regulations. I have nothing to say on ways to improve. Cheryl and Aaron have been nothing but wonderful. They are both in constant contact with me. I send an email. They respond right away. I have any questions, I get my answers. They are so informative.
