If I was asked to described my experiences at Mainstreet Credit Union in Goderich Ont. I would say it is like stepping back in time. I can't remember when I last experienced customer service that exceled at all levels.
What a pleasure to meet James Lounsbury (Branch Manager Goderich) and say hello to several familiar faces. Judy and I needed help on a banking manner relating to travel. Great place to bank! Staff is excellent and great communication. Advisors are smart and dedicated. Not like average big bank with high turn over rate, you know the advisors are there for years and years.
