I had a fraudulent transaction in my account. It ended up I was hacked 3800. taken from my account. Main Street called me, and investigated the transaction. It was confirmed and I took my laptop to be cleaned and reinstalled all proper software. Money was returned to my account just in time for Christmas! I was so thankful everything worked out. Jennifer
I have been a long standing member of the Credit Union. I have gone from the Chatham to Strathroy Branch and the customer service transferred seamlessly along with me. When I have been in a tight spot needing quick answers, the entire team has been there to lend a hand. They talk about banks no longer being about the people, but I beg to disagree; Mainstreet focuses on the people and that is their strength.
