The Teller was very helpful and very very friendly. If we had a problem she was very knowledgeable and always had a smile.
I love this place. They have a greater that welcomes you when you walk in. The tellers are all exceptionally friendly and make you feel like they appreciate your business.
We have been Members for over 45 yrs. In the past The Staff has been very helpful , kind and understanding to Our needs. The Credit Union today, in my opinion, has no empathy for members dealing with difficult times if balances in Accounts are low or in some cases non existent. Great service when balance is 100,000.00 or more however when life happens Customer Service and judgement is very apparent to the point where I will not physically go into the Branch.
