We have been Members for over 45 yrs. In the past The Staff has been very helpful , kind and understanding to Our needs. The Credit Union today, in my opinion, has no empathy for members dealing with difficult times if balances in Accounts are low or in some cases non existent. Great service when balance is 100,000.00 or more however when life happens Customer Service and judgement is very apparent to the point where I will not physically go into the Branch. This branch always goes above and beyond — the staff are kind, professional, and always make banking a great experience. They’re fast, efficient, and I truly appreciate the excellent service I’ve consistently received from Mainstreet.
Member since 1970 and never knew about open Saturdays. All staff are very friendly and personable
It was difficult enough to get into “Online Banking”, but not near as difficult as trying to logout! Do not have this issue with TD BANK, maybe it’s time to change banks!
