Not a huge fan. Commercial lenders need to be more responsive and less reactionary. Also wouldn't be a bad idea to actually look at and ask questions about materials sent.
This is a follow-up to my previous review. The correct address for this (and the previous) review is 10089 Fairfax Blvd, Fairfax, VA 22030. MainStreet Bank contacted me after the review I posted and provided a detailed explanation of everything that transpired, including a sincere apology. I understood the rationale behind the situation. They went above and beyond to make things right, which I appreciate. This is why I changed my rating to five stars.
