Ordered online for in person pickup. Showed up to pick my stuff up and they wouldn’t honor my purchase, gave no explanation as to why it was invalid, and did not offer any consideration to my situation.
So, I was surfing the net, and found myself at mainstage. I was surprised to find they had restored some of the BOGO offers that had been missing, AND reduced the price of some of the top shelf brands. BUT I also noticed that the price of the store brands were raised from their previous pricing of $20-25 up to $40. SO it looks like they brought the price of top shelf down, but raised the price of mid shelf to make up the difference. Too many times I have gone with an express order and no one is manning the express line, and they continue to call from the primary, non-express line, ignoring the people in the express line. In order express when I’m in a hurry, so I’ve had to walk out without my order many times. I want to like this dispensary, they’re friendly and have good prices, but there should at least be an effort to make the express, express.
Had a BOGO deal for the weekend on their Mainstage carts, priced at $50 each. It seemed like a good deal, but now they are selling the same carts for $25 regular price on their website. Pretty shady if you ask me. The carts are some of the worst quality I have ever tried. They would not let me use my store points for the purchase, either, which must be a new policy because literally every other time I have gone in they have offered to let me use my acrewed points on deals.
