I’m extremely frustrated and honestly shocked by how poorly this was handled. When I called, I very clearly asked if I could use my girlfriend’s insurance, and at no point was I told that I had to be on her policy. That’s not a small detail — that’s the entire basis of whether I would book the appointment or not. After the massage, I asked to have her name put on the receipt, and suddenly I’m told it’s not possible? Are you kidding me? Frank and his team were great . Kevin was amazing he was quick to understand my issues and went to work. After the first visit I noticed a big difference . I would recommend Frank and his team .
I had some very tight muscles from climbing and I saw Paul Binette at Mainland Massage Therapy in Burnaby on Hastings street and he was very good found all the tight muscles and I left feeling great he did a great job never had a massage that got all my muscles working again❤️🥳 thanks again Paul
