I felt like a customer that was not treated right, and feel like this needs to be shared. I made the honest mistake of having the wrong time in my calender. After realizing I was late, I got a call from them and honestly said about the error and that I can make it in still. They said at the time they can still fit me in. That gave me peace of mind, but I ended up getting a 26 minute session, and getting slapped with a bill for 140 for the full hour. I've been seeing Kevin Kim for a couple years now and he is definitely the best RMT I've ever had. He knows the tension spots and knots and the pressure is hard to my preference. I moved away and the search for a new RMT has been a challenge because no one comes close. Everytime I come back to visit, the first thing I do is book an appointment with Kevin.
I’m extremely frustrated and honestly shocked by how poorly this was handled. When I called, I very clearly asked if I could use my girlfriend’s insurance, and at no point was I told that I had to be on her policy. That’s not a small detail — that’s the entire basis of whether I would book the appointment or not. After the massage, I asked to have her name put on the receipt, and suddenly I’m told it’s not possible? Are you kidding me? Frank and his team were great . Kevin was amazing he was quick to understand my issues and went to work. After the first visit I noticed a big difference . I would recommend Frank and his team .
