Terrible company buses show up 30+ mins late drivers don’t speak nor understand a word of English. Drivers not properly trained can’t remember their routes and makes dangerous manoeuvres on the road. Pay the price and drive to park or budget a little more time to take the free Disney official shuttles from Disney Springs.
Driver is rude. Update: rode a few more times since and it’s been good without any issues. Depending on your location you should expect it to take about an hour to get to the park with all the stops. That’s not the companies fault though. If you want a straight route or earlier arrival, plan something else accordingly.

Do not use this shuttle service. They say one thing and they then do something else. They recommended I get an uber since they did not bother picking me up! Don’t use them !!!
They will charge everybody a lien fee of 250 on top of every other fee they can. Fight it !! 250 $ Really ?? We going to court. Crooked as can be.
