Horrible. Do not waste your time, especially precious Disney world time. Wasted an hour on this bus that drove around to different hotels farther from the park and didn’t pick up anyone. A Lyft or uber ride is well worth every penny. I could not give a 0 star review, but a 1 star isn’t even close to what it deserves.
The bus never showed up on the scheduled time. I heard from multiple people the bus eventually came >30 mins later (if you’re lucky that they show up at all). Avoid staying at any hotel with this carrier as the shuttle service because believe me, you will miss A LOT of time with the parks because of waiting for a shuttle that never shows up.
Worst transportation bus ever. Rude. Poor communication. Reservation site is vague and poor options. Good luck with getting and communication or help in a timely manner if you need it. Better off taking an Uber or lift.
Literally the worst shuttle service I’ve ever taken… I couldn’t understand the driver and I literally had to ask him to repeat his self 15 times. We told him that we were going to Disney World and he took us to islands of adventure and dropped us off and wasted 30 minutes of our time trying to get to the actual park.
