Horrible dock worker, driver went in to get loaded with 6 pallets and was scolded to leave when he was taking pictures of damaged/shifted pallets. We asked politely to either have it notated on the BOL or if we could take pictures but apparently it’s an issue? Complete joke, as a carrier it’s our responsibility to notate any damages so that we aren’t liable for it upon delivering to the consignee.
