So far, no good. After advising of a delivery date, the company changed plans without advising me. The order will not arrive late and subsequently cost me money, but there's "nothing they can do".
I had the best experience with Ziggy who delivered our freight from Melbourne out of the GC depot to Bangalow!! He was absolutely amazing as he called and confirmed time (which is a miracle with other companies) and helped load into our carport with a smile and the best energy even though it was at the end of the day!! You are lucky to have Ziggy delivering your “goods” and I think Mainfreight are awesome!!
This is absolutely the worst company ever. They are money grabber. We sent a driver to pick up our package , he got told to come back the next day since his truck was to big. We assumed by good Faith we would not be charged any fees. The driver could have come back the same day , but instead they wanted to make 1300$ extra charge. This is crazy.
