So I got approved for a loan last April of 2025 which idk why they took it. Now this year with a vehicle issue, they won't take another loan as im trying to trade in. Their excuse is that I have stuff on my credit. Ya i did last year too. It doesn't make sense to me, but they want to offer me a personal loan. I said nope, I don't want another thing from you guys. I've been a member here for 5+ years. They are extremely helpful when trying to build your credit. I send all my friends to Maine State Credit Union and hope other can have the same experience I have had!!!
Good people, great service
Nice people who work here and not their fault. This bank blocks my card 2-3x a day, making it so I can’t access my money. They also do this after hours and I have no place to call so I’m stuck with no money until the next morning. I couldn’t buy PIZZA from the local pizza store last night because they blocked my card again, after going to a branch and having my card fixed.TERRIBLE COMPANY
