I came to see Zach after months of struggling with a muscle spasm in my ear. After just a few appointments, I've noticed quite a difference, and the broader affect of acupuncture has been beneficial to my overall health as well. The space is very nice, easy to find and park, and Zach is a highly skilled practitioner. Highly recommend!

I am grateful that I was able to experience acupuncture for the first time with Zach as my acupuncturist. Desperate for relief from chronic migraine, I scheduled an appointment at West End Acupuncture. Zach has been able to strike the perfect balance of accommodating my anxiety/hesitation while providing the most dynamic course of treatment. My work with him feels like a collaborative health experience, always acknowledging the expertise I have regarding my own body. I confidently recommend this practice to anyone in the gre... read more

I saw Justine for treatment after injuring my back. I could hardly walk coming in for my appointment, but felt immediate relief after my first session. I went back for several more sessions for that injury, and Justine was able to get my back feeling 100% better. I’m so thankful for her expertise! I had never had acupuncture prior to this injury, but I’m so happy that I gave it a try!

I had hurt both knees about a year ago from overuse with running. After taking a few months off of activity (begrudgingly) the pain still persisted. An OT friend of mine had recommended that I try West End Acupuncture as they had been going for their neck/upper back. Zach was phenomenal at explaining the process and reassuring any nerves I had as a first time acupuncture patient. I have gone for over a month now and my knees are so much happier! I only wish I had been more brave and tried this earlier!

I saw Zach for some hip pain that came and went with exercise. I tried all of the usual ways to get rid of the pain, and then decided to give acupuncture a go. After a few sessions, I was completely pain-free!! Zach was easy to communicate with, created a comfortable environment, and, above all, is clearly gifted at his work. I am now running pain-free thanks to him and will certainly be going back if new pain arises.
