I was referred to Zach Haigney by my doctor as conventional medicine could not explain or alleviate the pain in my neck and shoulder. I was skeptical as I had never had acupuncture before, but after just one session my pain was radically reduced and after three more sessions my pain had gone, and I had almost full mobility in my shoulder. Zach is easy going and accommodating. He listens well to your medical history and does a remarkable job at making you feel relaxed and comfortable. I just finished 8 or so sessions with Zach to deal with a latissimus muscle pull. My experience was great! Zach is very knowledgeable, listens well and truly cares about his client. It was my first time I experienced acupuncture and I was very satisfied with the result. I would highly recommend West End Acupuncture. I can't imagine there is anyone better in the Southern Maine area.

Justine and Zach are the best! I'd recommend their kind, patient, personal approach anyone. I've been dealing with chronic shoulder pain for a few years and am finally starting to feel normal after some regular care.

I have tried many avenues to help with my shoulder and neck pain, including Physical Therapy, Radiofrequency Ablation, and a Chiropractor. It wasn't until I started acupuncture sessions with Zach, that I felt an actual difference in my pain and inflammation.

I just finished my fourth acupuncture appointment with Zach, whom I started seeing to help treat my chronic back and neck pain. I can't understate how exceptional my experience has been. Zach is great at communicating before, during, and after each session. The space is always clean and relaxing. I regularly leave feeling far better than I arrived and looking forward to my next session.
