The worst website navigation I've ever experienced. Finding the help that you need as a Maine taxpayer are nearly impossible.
Their website would t let me log in to pay. I happen to be near their office and they wouldn’t let me pay there either. I guess they’re not really in a hurry to get paid.
literally the rudest people ever. major attitude. it was borderline ridiculous.
Website is not user friendly. Can't register accounts. Been advising them of this for 2 years every time I make a payment and they refuse to help and just says "try again". For the amount these people get paid and the benefits they get, I would expect alittle more helpful customer service when needed but they just seem to be robots that don't care.
