I purchased an Ion Alpha Electric augur on dec 26, 2022. I hadn't had a chance to use it till last week. must be a factory defect. I drilled about 5 holes and then the power head would not engage the drill bit. tried all the usual things. I Called the manufature and they needed the receipt which I lost. Luckily the gal at MMS was awesome. she looked through the pat receipts and printed me off one. very helpful folks.
