Nice credit union
Not happy. They won't help with bill pay issues. They will only do electronic payments if they can charge 10 bucks a pop. I dislike their services immensely. Iv spent hours and hours on the phone with no effect. Apparently bill pay is beyond their capabilities. I can send a paper check but they won't pay my mortgage electronically without me doing a wire transfer for a 10 dollar fee. They just refuse to clear up the problem I'm having with bill pay. Disappointed and offended.

A small Credit Union. Staff are respectful and cordial. They offer Winter Survival loans to help spread out payments of your oil/wood/heating. Also have taken out a small personal loan to help financially survive. They saved my butt!
