Tried to order a sweatshirt via their website on 4/30. No updates at all until I reached out to them via email on 5/11. Chris told me he'd look into it and then didn't. I followed up again today, 5/12, just hoping for an update. Instead they just canceled my order and refunded. No explanation at all. Really just felt like an attempt to take the money and run.
