I was genuinely surprised by the lack of basic banking knowledge at this branch. I cannot share account details publicly, but my recent visit was concerning. When I asked the teller for a few blank deposit slips, she appeared confused and somewhat irritated by the request. She said she did not understand what I was asking for, even after I clarified that I needed blank deposit slips to make deposits. She then asked another employee, who told me they do not have them. Excellent service! Owen Avery was especially helpful with figuring out and solving a problem with my debit card! He was also very kind to my brother and I! My brother, who has down syndrome, was very excited to see him there!
