I had the unfortunate experience to work with Chad Hansen. From the get go there were multiple communication problems with him and his staff where I had to continually correct them. There was a delay in getting notarized documents. I mentioned to Chad about getting them notarized electronically. He was fine with that. I paid money to get them notarized electronically.
