They were such a joy to work with. Every phone call and or text was answered in a very timely manner. They never made me feel like I was working for them. They kept me well informed through the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I had the unfortunate experience to work with Chad Hansen. From the get go there were multiple communication problems with him and his staff where I had to continually correct them. It also appears most of the reviews for this law firm are fake. Buyer beware. Edit: I’m adding that since Chad was removed from my case it was successfully processed by the MHRC and is currently in settlement. I feel had I continued to retain Chad as my attorney he would have jeopardized the entire case Do not hire this man.
Even though they were not able to help me with my problem, they did give me some options where else I can receive answers. Unfortunately all thoes options were either incorrect on non operational. Grateful for the time they took to look into the issue.
The time they spent and the effort they put forth with my case exceeded all of my expectations. My biggest message for others is to trust in the processes taking time that is simply how it works and know that you have a team of experts who have your best interest at heart. I have and always will recommend anyone who questions something that happens to them, to call and speak with the amazingly brilliant team to find out your options.
I cannot say enough good things about this firm. They have fought tooth and nail and helped greatly with my case to get it resolved. They are extremely knowledgeable and go above and beyond. Martin, Chad and Patty are all kind, professional and truly do right by their clients. I cannot recommend this team enough.
