☆☆☆☆ The attorneys seem knowledgeable, but my experience has been overshadowed by the lack of communication from my paralegal, Jennifer. Voicemails and emails routinely go unanswered for weeks. I currently have an urgent matter that requires immediate attention, yet calls to Jennifer, the main office, and multiple emails have all gone unanswered.
