I realized I had not changed my E-ZPass over into my name after my husband passed away. I called in a panic! The young man i talked to was really nice emailed me the paperwork and assured me I was all set. Quick easy and professional!
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The staff were extremely rude, and to make things worse, they overcharged me. Every person I spoke with gave me a different answer, no consistency or accountability. It all seemed to start with the supervisor. Honestly, I have no idea who hired this team, but the lack of professionalism is shocking.
