We purchased a home from family members so we didn't need a realtor, but Chuck helped us get all the ducks in a row so we could get the loan, title, title attorney, etc, etc. He was patient and very helpful with our deluge of questions. Chuck is a real pro and it was a pleasure working with him. We have been talking for over a year and he has always been extremely responsive with any questions or concerns I've had along the way. When I was finally ready to make the move, he secured a great deal for me and we were ready to close in no time! If I ever need to do this again, I will absolutely use Chuck again.
