I love my tune with Brianna! She uses a variety if techniques, really listens and hears to what you are feeling and your concerns. And she goes the extra mile by sharing home self care recommendations to improve and/or maintain my body. She is knowledgable, skilled and caring. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I had an amazing experience here! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Kate really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas where I had the most tension. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. The space was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!

Maine Bodyworks is fantastic! It’s in a great neighborhood with ample street parking. Booking is so easy on their app. The facility is immaculate with really nice bedding! I’ve had 2 of the best massages ever from Lizz at Maine BodyWorks! She is always asks if there are any areas to concentrate on (and as a power lifter, there usually are!) and makes sure to spend extra time in those spots.
